Shipping Policy:
Handmade Items: Since each item is created after it is purchased, shipping and delivery times will vary. Each item will be made as it is ordered. With that being said, depending on how many people have purchased an item ahead of you will depend on the amount of time that it is going to take for me to make and ship your handmade piece! If an item is needed by a specific time period, please reach out to me and I will make sure that we coordinate and work through that, together.
Ready-To-Ship Items: Orders will be shipped out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so your items will be shipped out within that week of purchasing!
Return + Exchange Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact me with any concern that you may have. If there is ever an issue with an item purchased, reach out to me and I will certainly do my very best to make it right! Please remember and take into consideration that most of these pieces are handmade and are not guaranteed to last forever. Although we do want you to have a beautiful piece of jewelry to show off and wear all the time, please also keep in mind that each purchase is ultimately for the benefit of the people who need us most. With that being said, if you do ever have an item break unexpectedly, I will still be happy to fix or replace it, with the return of the original item. Your happiness with each product is important to me, also!
